HMC academic partner at the 5th International Summer Law School organized by Elsa Greece on Maritime Law: Environmental Issues

Hellenic Management Centre was, for 5th consecutive year, proud academic partner of the ELSA Summer School, that took place from 15 to 19 July 2019, in Athens, Greece.

More than 50 Law Students and Young Lawyers from 17 European countries participated at the 5th Summer Law School on «Maritime Law: Environmental Issues», organized by The European Law Students’ Association – ELSA Greece in Athens.

Participants were law students from all over the world and the academic programme contained a variety of courses outline and covered a wide spectrum of Maritime Law and Environmental Law.

On 17th of July, we had the pleasure to organize a lecture for ELSA Members. Mr Simon Ward, FICS, Director, S&P of Ursa Shipbrokers S.A. was the speaker of the lecture with the topic: ‘’IMO 2020: Potential Charterparty and Sale Contract Issues’’.

The Hellenic Management Centre, proud Partner of Elsa Greece, would like to congratulate the organizers for their efforts that led to this successful event, which we hope will be established and will take place annually, contributing in making Greece an international academic maritime hub.
