Group performance is shaped not only by tasks and structures, but also by powerful emotional and relational dynamics operating beneath the surface. This training equips leaders with the ability to observe, interpret, and respond to group phenomena that influence behaviour, engagement, and results. By learning to attend to both what is being said and what is happening within the group process, leaders intervene with clarity, confidence, and psychological insight—enabling teams to overcome hidden obstacles, strengthen collaboration, and achieve stronger, more sustainable performance.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN TO
Recognize emotional and relational dynamics that influence group behaviour and performance
Observe both verbal content and underlying group processes

Leaders, managers, and team leads responsible for guiding groups, facilitating collaboration, and improving team effectiveness in complex and demanding environments.
