Designed exclusively for participants of the ICS Professional Maritime Programme, this dynamic and interactive week aims to support individuals at every stage of their career in shipping; whether entering the industry, already working within it, or seeking to advance and reposition their professional path.

Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, HR professionals, and leading shipping companies through a series of targeted sessions, including guest lectures, practical workshops, mock interviews, company visits, and one-to-one coaching.
