ICS and YoungShip Strengthen International Cooperation at ShipCon 2026

The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) was proudly represented at ShipCon 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark, through the participation of Natalia Margioli, FICS, Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
Hosted by YoungShip Denmark, ShipCon has established itself as one of the leading international events dedicated to young shipping professionals, bringing together industry leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and future maritime professionals from across the globe.
As part of the conference programme, Natalia Margioli delivered a keynote address focusing on the importance of investing in the next generation of shipping professionals, highlighting the critical role of leadership, communication, networking and continuous professional development in shaping successful careers within the maritime industry.

The participation of ICS at ShipCon 2026 marks another important milestone in the growing cooperation between the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and the YoungShip network. Both organisations share a common vision of supporting young professionals, promoting maritime education and creating opportunities for learning, networking and career development across the global shipping community.
