Special session on “Data and Analytics in Tanker Chartering” with the Signal Ocean Platform

HMC / ICS Greek Branch had the honor to welcome a guest tutor in the Tanker Chartering module, Mrs Semiramis Assimakopoulou, VP of Sales at Signal Group, in a 2-hours online presentation on “Data & Analytics” for the ICS students.
Mrs Assimakopoulou, gave a practical insight on voyage estimation with live examples and exercises through The Signal Ocean Platform.
Participants had the opportunity to understand how important it is to have an accurate, real-time overview of the shipping market and implement it in the day-to-day practices.
