For more than 20 years, Hellenic Management Centre has provided professional maritime training and education to the shipping industry. Through its Programmes, Short Courses and In-House training, it is firmly established as the leading professional maritime training and education centre in Greece in the fields of shipbroking and chartering, ship operation and management, shipping finance, maritime economics, insurance and shipping law.

Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers

Since 2003, HMC exclusively represents the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) in Greece, providing continuous professional training through the ICS Syllabus and Qualifications. ICS was founded in 1911 and awarded with two Royal Charter in 1920 and 1947. It is a major educational provider and the only internationally recognised professional body in the commercial maritime arena, representing all aspects of the shipping business.

The Greek Branch

The Greek Branch has been established by Natalia Margioli, Managing Director of HMC and Fellow Member of the Institute along with a team of Members and Fellows of the Institute. Chairman of the Greek Branch is Mr Nicolas A. Tsavliris, FICS.

The ICS Greek Branch is considered a Role Model Branch and the largest examination centre worldwide
