Career Jumpstart Workshop: Interview Preparation & Personal Branding

As part of the ICS Career Week 2026, on Tuesday, 31st of March 2026, ICS Greek Branch successfully hosted the Career Jumpstart Workshop: Interview Preparation and Personal Branding, led by Georgina Spentzou, Psychologist & Career Coach, and Lead Trainer of our CMI programme.

The interactive session focused on equipping participants with practical tools to enhance their interview performance and strengthen their personal brand. Through live role plays and interview simulations, students had the opportunity to experience realistic scenarios and receive valuable guidance on how to present themselves effectively in a professional environment.

Key topics included personal branding development, understanding work personalities, and strategies for improving communication and self-presentation during interviews. The workshop encouraged active participation and provided attendees with insights that are directly applicable to their career journey.

This session formed part of our broader commitment during ICS Career Week to support students and young professionals in developing essential skills, building confidence, and preparing for successful careers in the maritime industry.
