This practical unit equips managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to identify, manage and resolve workplace conflict in a constructive and professional manner.<\/p><p>Participants will explore the causes and different types of conflict that arise within organisations and examine the impact unresolved conflict can have on individuals, teams and business performance. The programme provides practical techniques for recognising early warning signs and responding proactively before disagreements escalate.<\/p><p>Learners will develop an understanding of a range of conflict management and resolution approaches, including negotiation, mediation and collaborative problem-solving.
